My Approach

I tend to have a relaxed and approachable style, and use a trauma-informed approach to therapy. I use a variety of different therapeutic models, which are listed on the right.

 

These models may sound familiar, technical or complicated, but what is important for you to know is that these models offer me a wide variety of skills to find what best suits you.
